    OUR PROCESS

Cracking in concrete structures can be a severe headache for builders and owners alike.  There are several types of methods we can use to remedy this problem.

Most commonly epoxy resin can be used to fuse the cracking back together using direct injection.  Our state of the art injection pump will send a 2:1 ratio of base and hardener into cracks after ports have been inserted into core drilled holes along the crack.  Epoxy paste or mortar is used to seal the cracks and is ground off after completion of the works.

Methods such as rout and fill or surface injection can also be used.

Depending on the circumstance of the job, Spartan will always determine the method best suited to client needs.
