Using polyurethane injection methods we can stop leaks in any concrete structure.  Injection of polyurethane resin is achieved by drilling of ports directly into leaking cracks, which in turn will react with water to create a dry barrier.  Different resins are used for different applications and can stop leaks that are simply a slow drip or a large ingress of water.  Water reactive patching materials can also be used where concrete has delaminated or spalled in areas.

Cracking in concrete structures can be a severe headache for builders and owners alike.  There are several types of methods we can use to remedy this problem.  Most commonly epoxy resin can be used to fuse the cracking back together using direct injection.  Our state of the art injection pump will send a 2:1 ratio of base and hardener into cracks after ports have been inserted into core drilled holes along the crack.  Epoxy paste or mortar is used to seal the cracks and is ground off after completion of the works.  Methods such as rout and fill or surface injection can also be used.  Depending on the circumstance of the job, Spartan will always determine the method best suited to client needs.

When load strengths or structural integrity has been compromised in concrete structures, carbon fibre strengthening is the only way to go.  Using strips, rods, wrap or any of the many other carbon fibre products on the market will ensure tensile strengths are withheld.  Carbon fibre is extremely versatile and can be installed almost anywhere for any number of requirements.
