Damascus College Repairs

We were contacted by the client to assist in the repair of delaminated and deteriorated concrete on an outdoor staircase and some exterior fins at a school in Ballarat.

Once we had removed concrete from all affected areas we treated the steel using power abrasion and BASF Masteremaco P5000 AP.  Once the substrate was primed using Masteremaco P157 we installed Masteremaco N102ci repair mortar.  After removing any formwork we treated the newly repaired areas with Masterkure 404.

The client was extremely happy with the end result. Spartan were thanked for their attention to cleanliness and performing the works under strict time constraints.
