Monash University Epoxy Injection

After removal of floor coverings during refurbishment of the University, some severe spider web cracking was discovered.

Spartan were employed to treat and inject all cracks over 0.2mm thus effectively gluing this suspended slab back together.

The client was extremely impressed with the speed in which Spartan could complete these works using a methodical approach creating almost zero downtime.

Works were completed ahead of schedule allowing trades to continue the fit out uninhibited.
