A severe leak above vehicles in this underground car park required some special attention.

While treating the leaks from beneath using Polyurethane resin we also decided to treat the slab above to ensure water could not ingress any further.

A membrane bandage was placed along the cracks in the substrate as an extra precaution and to double strengthen the works.

An easy fix for a problem that had plagued the building manager for months.

We completed a post work inspection after a large downpour of rain and were happy to see no ingress of water whatsoever.
